The two latin women in the store that work there are commiting fraud. Sim fraud, and also identity fraud by taking pictures of people id, and adding accounts unauthorized to their account which actually locks you out, and stealing the phones so you can't use them have the nerve to get rude by calling you all kinds of names. Those two women are TRASH. I hope they get investigated for their deoragtory practice to scam people. It doesn't make any sense to let people like that be in service. Also if you're of latin decent and speak Spanish don't assume that just because I'm black I don't understand. to be called names , and then scammed out my account. They are doing this on purpose to people I hope they lose their jobs for playing with people's accounts. Watch the cameras. heifers never answer the phone either frauds.

I came to this store area around 8:12 pm it was close but the web say it close at 9pm. don't ever come to this store. Also the Employee laughed at me as I tryd to come in and I called to the store from outside as well but she ignore the phone call. The time at this store is false and need correct hours of business!!! It was a personal emergency at that time and metro pcs failed to assist me.
