Horrible experience and no customer service what so ever. I came in today to switch phones and boy was it horrible. Two employees working a lady behind the counter and a guy that works there but was painting the place today and then has the nerve to tell me he's not working today lol. This place is a joke not a place of business please save yourself a headache and don't do business here.

My and my family went for a sale that we saw on a ad we were attended by a lady she offered us a deal with a tablet we denined she was very pushy about it weeks pass by and my mom wonders why her other phone has service because she had not paid for that phone then we come to realize she charge my mom extra for the service on the old phone and this was not the first experience with that lady this was the second one the first time she got in a fight with my aunt and on my grandmas phone she made it as slow as a tablet plus we and the second time we paid extra to make calls to Mexico and we do not have that service her name is Jayleen
