I walked in so stressed andunhappy. Faraz made sure to take care of my phone neeeds and I am very happy to have my phone back as I was having issues for 3 days!! Thank you so much Faraz.

I love this store. The rep is friendly and she does her best to make sure the customer is satisfied, and she goes beyond even though it's Mistake on t-mobile side. She communicate with both sides.
