This store has very bad employees. They are rude and very unprofessional. My information has been sabotged and shared by this store. I was treated unfairly and everytime I walk in this store you can see the guilt all on the manager face. He was so unprofessional he took a picture of my debit card and one other manager name Ida Cooley recorded me talking about it was for customer satisfaction or feedback that her "boss" needed. She didn't tell me anything about who her boss was. . I specifically toldher no I didn't want to be recorded. Usually they ask you to take a customer survey for that not recording you in their personal cell phone. Something is definitely going on at this store

Went to the store earlier this month to only get 3 lines,come to find out a week later from customer support the employee (sal)Added 4th line without my permission and without me knowing and gave a phone and the line to someone I don't know. What a rippoff.I advice not to go there.

If you need help this is the place to get it,I was running late to pay a bill I called them and asked if they can stay open for a lil longer and they did. Really friendly service and they speak Spanish!!!!!!

When I was looking to switch carriers I had came across this store & went inside to get the information. As I walked inside the store, i got greeted by all three employee's who all seemed go be very happy & energetic. I started asking questions and sure enough they gave me all the information that I needed, so I ended up switching over with the great deals they had.. I've never felt so comfortable while doing business with a service provider, employees had great personalities with outstanding customer service.. they just earned themselves a loyal customer.

Employees can answer any questions you may have and at times give suggestions. Even have basic accessories available for phones they sale.
