This store is the worst.
A Hindu helped me at the end of July. I went to make my payment to this store and it turns out that for the next month a home internet and a tablet appeared in my account that they never delivered to me. That person added those two devices that I never had without my consent.
Metro, what will they do? That's fraud. I think they can't be having staff that are adding things without the customers' consent.

Very disappointed by this office which was chaotic. Employees were heavily accented and with my hearing loss were difficult to understand. I felt pressured to spend more on a replacement phone than I planned and the selection was limited as is.
One of only two computers was functional which increased wait time. There was little respect for who arrived first. There was little effort to being accommodating to long time customers, only new ones.
Metro by T-Moble has good plans and mostly broad service availability but the quality of individual store can vary a lot. I do not recommend this store. It's very close to my residence but we will drive further if we need service.

In this store they steal your money, I received my payment, the employee charged me $65 dollars and two days later my Internet ran out. I went to a store and they told me that they changed my plan and I know that they found my money, other customers were complaining for the same

DONT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION THEY DO FRAUD & ADD EXTRA ACCESSORIES & PHONE LINES THAT YOU DON'T WANT & THEY KEEP . Bella supposed MANAGER CHARGED ME $476 FOR ONE IPHONE 12 & was only $99.99 since I switch from cricket & she added another iphone 12 with $250 accessories I didn't want or recived that she keep doesn't want to give my money back for product didn't want or received & only when I told her about the over price wanted to give me the accessories she charged me that I never wanted!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON'T TRUST THE EMPLOYEES THEY COVER FOR The Mangers since they do FRAUD ,scams & over charge !! I WILL make sure they get reported & will getting intuch with THERE ASR ,OWNERS & WILL BE GETTING INTUCH WITH ABC13 NEWS & canal 45. So they don't KEEP steeling & do FRAUD to anymore customer!?!! I will make sure they lose a lot of customers especially since they don't want to fix my issue or Take accountability for the fraud & money they stole .

I had a horrible experience. I just switched my carrier to Metro 2 days ago, and the employee literally messed up my plan. First, I got the wrong plan and I can’t even use my hotspot when that was actually the main reason for me to switch from Straight Talk to Metro. Today, 2 days later, I’m facing the problem that I can’t receive calls at all, and when I call the store they’re not answering the phone. Everything is horrible from the plans to the customer service.

Bad service. Don't go. Don't go, I got 4 lines making a switch for $350 and in another metro store they gave it to me for $210 dollars. The Latin woman reluctantly answers.

Go with tmobule
