I went to pay my monthly payment, I did notice the woman was not happy but i did not mind. But as i was walking out the door the woman said " we've only had these people coming in, I'm tired of them" and it caught me by surprise. That had never happened to me, and when i walked in she greeted me in spanish, so i spoke back in spanish. The guy who was there before me was also hispanic. Before i left i decided to ask her for a receipt, in english. When someone speaks to me in spanish i will reply in spanish, if i'm spoken to in english, I will reply in english. People just assume all hispanics only speak spanish. I will always be kind to others because i expect them to be that way to me. I do not think i will be coming back to this location.

Horrible customer service. We arrived to the store wanting to switch our phones under warranty because they were freezing constantly and not working. The sales rep then asks for the phone and goes through it. She then points out that some apps (like 5 small apps) aren't updated and that could be a reason why it freezes. This makes absolutely no sense. Then she mentions that the data was off. True, but that also has zero correlation with the issue at hand. Then she tells us that she can't change it and we need to go to a different store. So why did she waste our time when she should have just started she could not do anything at that store. Instead, she went on finding random things for no reason. Atrocious service.
