Was on the way in to the store but changed my mind when I seen 2 big black trash bags sitting by the front door. Smell was terrible. Plenty other metro stores in the area

I like the customer service here.When we have to go into a store we go to this location.The young lady Maria Jose is very polite and explains the difference in the phones you show interest in. And the guy that was working with her showed me how to transfer my pictures since the phone I purchased does not have the gallery app.

This location opens up at 10 I don't know if it was a lunch break or what because I came up there around 1230ish I could see someone was there they were just in the back ignoring the door. I even called and I never received any answer for at least an hour or more. That's not proper business etiquette.
