.what the heck is happening with your customer service?I had your service for a couple of years and had nothing but problems both with your service it working and getting ittle or no internet.the owners did see to know what they were doing. I kept going to their store o a very regular basis. they assured me the problem was fixed and by the tie I returned home the problem was still there.my monthly rates jumped from $60.00 to $80.00.for the kind of service you provide I can find a better co.SPEND MORE TiME TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES and stop buildingmore stores because you are going to go broke with employees who don't know what they are incompetent.

This Metro has to be the worse is one it's in the Hood the door always open no AC two or three drunk homeless people hanging around there I highly recommend you watch your back I'm going in this place it's trash
