Very bad experience at this location. They stole $410 from me yesterday. I supposed to get free iPhone 11 because I moved from other company, the store rep told me I have to pay $180 per phone if I wanted iPhone. So he gave me 3 Samsung and 1 Motorola "free" and he charged me with activation fee. My daughter's and husband's phone were not working when I left the store at 8:50 pm last night today I went to a different location and I was told why you didn't get the iPhone yesterday, I said because I have to pay $180 each, store rep said no they are free and because you are moving companies and activation is free as well. Went back to the store were I get charges $410 attempt to get an explanation, store rep trate me like i was stupid and did nothing understood what he was saying. He started to raise his voice a5 me i walked out and told him i will put a complaint to the corp office. After that he is jist being harrasing me and my daughter by calling every 5 minutes. So store here is trash, they still from customer.

The store manager is a scammer becareful what he does hes not thr owner to do what he wants im already reporting this store for scamming my father for so long and as well my self not knowing that i have been paying for two extra lines i wasnt even using at all no good service very bad ways of this people shame on him he shouldn't even be store manager to give this kind of examples and even his workers to pick up that habbit very wrong on that part

Fransisco is the best Rep. I've experienced. He's professional and very knowledgeable and helpful!! I live in South West and but I'm from the North side, however, I'd drive to this location just to see his friendly smile. I definitely recommend this location.. As long as, FRANSISCO, is working. lol
