The last time I came I left DISAPPOINTED by the terrible service of a boy. Today I noticed the difference with a girl who was working during the day, I think she is the manager, very patient, kind, knowledgeable, if MetroPCS gives a customer service course, this girl should have been EXEMPT!

Man these people try to take your money. Some little Hispanic girl named yanet yamilet tried to charge me insurance for the phone twice. This is the only store that tried doing this to me. I have open a line a year ago at another store and never had this problem

This store had my telephone number posted on Google Maps as their telephone number for over a month those idiots didn't know that they would receiving phone calls over the Christmas and New Year's holidays
