Sales girl talked me i to getting a 4th line and that I would save $20 a month and be able to use that cell as WIFI for security cams bc i was robbed. The following month the bill was $175! EVERY month since then I have had to call Metro customer service bc the bill is 175 or $135 and that's with their offer to reduce services. The 800 number hangs up , shouts and is as dishonest as the In person sales girl was with the addition of being on hold for 45 minutes to 3 hours. Then they try to get you to hang up so you can't complete service survey. If you sign up with any services from this location , get it in printed form.
