Tldr: Don't pick any "free" store prizes they offer, they have already charged you for them unknowingly
I think this is the first time I give a review on a store with bad employees.
(Especially the employee named Ali)
The other day I had purchased an upgrade on a Samsung device which costed me over 100$ more than it should have ever been.
The employee named Ali made me pay for everything before he pulled a "store credit" scam practice.
He made me pick between earbuds or a speaker.
Because of me upgrading a device I was eligible for store credits?
(Which only exist in the online store??)
I decided on the speaker and went home.
Upon getting home and looking for the receipt.
Ali hid it inside the phone box and it wasn't until then that I realized he had charged me for the item I was about to take home without even realizing it.

I went to this metro to get 2 tablets and the guy when I told him it was only $20 didn’t want to sell me the tablets. Very unprofessional they just lost 2 sales y’all need to do better. At the end he said he could only give me 1 tablet because the other one was “metro promised” when it wasn’t even opened and he just didn’t want to sell them cheap. I know my promos and the fact he couldn’t and wouldn’t give me business is crazy. Y’all need to do better I drove 45 min to just walk out empty handed.

Hello, I just got my phone today I just gone to pay the bill and get the glass but one Indian guy man convinced to get me a new phone in very cheaper price and gave me a very good service he was amazing his Spanish blew up my mind literally he is fluent in Spanish and comedy gut treat me very well my day was bad but I left with lots of gift and good mind.
