I wouldn't give a single star to this place, not even a month ago I changed companies thinking that on metro T mobile we would be very comfortable and what do you think? The equipment they sell is defective and after less than a month they are no longer responsible,
The equipment never worked properly, I explained to the guy, showed him proof and they just washed their hands of it.

I went to this location last Wednesday and the service was great. Alex really helped me out with all my questions and made buying a phone so easy. I love coming to locations where they know what they’re doing. I would def recommend this store.

Very bad service, something strange happened to me, when I arrived he asked me if I was going to pay in cash and when I told him that this happened with Targeta; The representative does not know how to do his job, he spent more than two hours activating my Metro Pcs account and he could not and on top of that he told a customer service representative to call 'that it was impossible and the next day I went to another store and the girl did it in less than a minute, the company should periodically evaluate its employees.
