0/10 indian guy did not help what's so ever. Did not provide managers contact info or even when manager will be in office. Did not try to help at all. Was in the store for over 2 hrs he was no help. He treated me horrible. He really needs to have some customer service training. Did not like the way he treated me. But don't let this discourage you from going with metro I have been with them for a long time and every other time they have done right by me. I 100% recommend going with metro.

Zero stars if I could. The Orlando St Houston Tx location has a male employee that is very rude and disrespectful to customers he is also a thief and a liar and refused to give me my reciept upon request before leaving the store!The male employee is stealing customers money and changing their accounts without their consent! If you have been to this location or plan on going to this location I advise that you read and take heed of the reviews! I had to call corporate(which the male employee told me corporate didn't exist with metro pcs by tmobile) as well as police i called the non emergency line as i removed myself from the situation. I called Corporate and they did what they could either way I'm the one out of $500 NEVER AGAIN I HAVE PICS AND AUDIO AND WILL BE FIGURING OUT IF I COULD FILE A COMPLAINT WHERE I CAN ATTACH SUCH INFO! I WAS NOTIFIED BY CORPORATE THEY DID REPORT THE STORE BUT I HAVE PROOF! The male employee also stated he would let me see camera footage and when I agreed and asked to record the footage with my phone he was super upset! Refused to give me his name but I don't need it jokes on him!

If I could give the store zero, I would customer service is so horrible. My grandma of 75 years old went to go pay her phone bill. They charged her $80 and said it would be credited to the account. They took two lines off and kept the money no receipt no nothing I’ll go back to the store. The girls in the front was so rude like we can’t help you come back another day that’s not my problem I can’t give you a receipt. What kind of service is that? Don’t go to this location terrible service treating old people like nothing, and stealing from the elderly, so sad hope the girls that were there get fired because the way they treated us was unacceptable

If it had a zero star rating, I would give it zero because the customer service I received from the manager was terrible, and I don't recommend anyone this place because they don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Amazing place to come....I would highly recommend...the lady was very polite very caring and extremely professional? she didn't over charge she made reasonable prices that were affordable? and for her outstanding cooperation and performance I rate her 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ keep up the fantastic work!?❤
