Terrible service I went to this store a month ago to pay for my phone and they added a tablet without my authorization and I went today and they didn't want to cancel the tablet and they didn't even want to give me the tablet, it's a theft what they do and they didn't solve anything for me When in reality Oh, Onde cameras, you can see that I didn't take any tablet that day, I'll never go to that store again.

I went to get a new phone & they added stuff that I dint want. I get it get your commission but ask first that way i know what im getting charged for. They gave me " free " stuff but I'm pretty sure it goes on to the price. I guess that's why he dint give me a Receipt.

Terrible service..., I bought a tablet for $15 dollars, which when I got home the touch did not work, I return to the store and the guy who serves me accepts that the tablet is damaged but now he wants to charge me $25 to validate it the guarantee.
That store is a total scam and even more so its employees who want to take advantage of everything, I have been a Metro PC account for 6 years and obviously I know how to proceed with the guarantees.
I will never go to that store again, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Let absolutely no one come to this store, their products are too expensive. A cell phone case in other stores costs me 21 and they wanted 32. A screen protector costs me 8 and they wanted 32. Are they also crazy or what?

Service is ok. About MetroPCS the only thing against, is that even you make the payment automatically or in the store, they charge a service fee of $5.00 dollars. I think this is not good

Went like a week ago to switch from another company and I asked about the iPhone 11 priced at 99.99 ( i called metro pcs asking about this promotion before going to the store and they told me the price of the phone plus the taxes monthly payment and activation fee and the total was $210) and the employee tells me oh that’s no the right price the price for the iPhone 11 it’s 200 (just for the phone) it’s just that we haven’t put up the new prices because we had and audit but still it’s cheaper than at the apple store the price there is like 500 dollars I left and called metro pcs to report the store and it’s no the only one I went to another and asked about the same phone and the lady told me 250 ( with the month activation fee and taces) when I ask about why that amount she just got defensive and told me “ that’s our price and that’s it” so I guess every store can charge whatever the employees want.
