They lied to me on basically everything. Cost of phone, terms, everything. Don’t recommend this place at all I am not happy with them.

I have personally took customers to this locale on many occasions. Purchased phones for my family at this locale. My car broke down at this Authorized Metro Pcs Store parking lot. I had no way to charge my phone, so I went to the store and asked could they charge my phone. I wad told that they don't charge any phones and was told to leave there store. Does Metro Corporate know how this dealer is treating customers? I wouldn't recommend anyone in need of a phone not to use or purchase phones from this store. Need Help....

This store has great customer service , went to another metro store before going to this location and they tried doubling the price .... Brenda is great , and she makes sure you are taken care of!

Pésimo y mal servicio empleados distraídos no me gustí³ su forma de atender al cliente pésimo servicio nefasto servicio con lo q pasí³ ya no me quedaron ni ganas de volver creo q ya con ese tipo de distribuidores metro pcs tienes un cliente menos ineficiente y mala actitud del personal como para no recomendar a absolutamente a nadie a ir a este lugar no sirve este lugar no de plano un muy mal servicio
