Terrible return policy . Bought a charging pad from them for $47.00 and come to find out it is sold for $8.00 online. The charging pad was useless to my iPhone so I brought it back to them to recieve a refund they claimed it was slightly dirty and wouldnt give me a a refund but instead store credit . I was forced to exchange it for the same cheap brand that manufactured the charging brand. Dont go to metro go to the actual T-mobile store next time

Just came in to buy a sims card and the lady stated they don't sale sims card. She is a lied. Went to another location and purchased the card. Bad customer service.

I went to this location to buy a charger today, and had such a great experience. There were 7 employees, whereas normally only 1, maybe 2. And a gentlemen named Jossue immediately greeted me, helped me get the charger I needed, and checked me out, all with a kind and positive attitude. He said he was in training, but as far as customer service goes, he was an expert in my opinion. I'll be honest, I usually do not enjoy going to this location - its usually a long wait, and not the friendliest of employees. Today was such a refreshing experience.

Aahh I just missed the girls that used to work there went yesterday lol the new employees seem kind of rude if you don't buy any phones or an accessory and just go to pay a bill I just decided to pay my bill online I cannot deal with rudeness never coming back!
