Everyone is extremely lovely, especially Sydney and James! They were kind and helpful when my sister toured the apartment, which I enjoyed. They made me and my sister feel welcome and enthusiastic to start our new experience at Metro Midtown. Their service was so good we signed the lease the same day!

Sydney was absolutely amazing! I came and visited once and her energy and welcoming spirit made me want to move in immediately. She is the reason I came back for a second tour and decided to apply.Alongside Sydney was Jaymes and his burst of energy and help made the experience 10 times better. I have been touring many apartments, but none of them matched their energy and the atmosphere they brought. Both were helpful, answered all of my thousand questions, and made this entire thing so easy and smooth.

I moved into metro midtown in July 2023 and since the very beginning maintenance team have been great! Oscar, Victor, Luciano, have been great with time responding to service request and not only do they fix the issues they take the time explain to me what they are doing and what needs to be done. They also do a great job at checking in so once a problem is fixed they always make sure to follow up and make sure things are still going good.The office has changed since I moved a brand new team has come in and let me just say they are so awesome to work with. In my experience with renting I’ve never met a team that I can leave after having a conversation and feeling as heard as understood as they make me. Jaymes and Sydney are always there ready to help with great smiles on their faces and a welcoming attitude. They also are great and stop whatever they are doing to put 100% of their focus on you, and will go above and beyond to make sure any concerns get resolved. No matter how big or small a concern might be they always make me feel like a number 1 priority.Both Shay and Daniel have been great from what I have experienced when it came time to renew my lease both were very kind in assisting me with the process. I have not gotten the pleasure of interacting with Shay as much but along with the rest of her team not a day goes by where she does not have a welcoming aura around her. So although not much interaction has happened it’s always great to see her. Daniel sat down with me and took the time to explain and help me with my lease that was all over the place due to previous management (due to previous management not anyone in this review) Daniel goes above and beyond. Although the office sees me every day in the way to the gym in the morning after a conversation happened between us he noticed my phone number was not updated instead of waiting until the next day he took that extra step and came to my door to get that updated because he knew he would have my answer before my normal time of passing the office.Although all these nice things have been said I did leave a 4/5 stars because the apartment has been in some bad conditions from windows not opening to a/c unit that works but not at a good capacity (so apartment does over heat at times) to blinds breaking. Nothing is perfect I understand it is not any of the staff/mangers fault they did not build this complex but I will say they have done and are willing to do whatever it takes for their residents to be as comfortable as possible.Overall: this is a very caring staff/management that I am glad I have around. I have renewed my lease and am confident with their efforts another great year will come.

I love living here. The location cannot be Better. I love the pools and the gym as well. Daniel, helped me to renew my lease for this year and he was so friendly and informative about it. Thank you guys for keeping up with our community!

Today the Friends of Maintenance carried out the repair and maintenance of the Arp refrigerator. 7107 with great professionalism and efficiency. In addition to very cordial treatment from the maintenance manager. Congratulations for that excellent service!

If you're thinking of moving here don't. The place is filthy especially the hallways. The parking garage gate is always open and anyone can just walk in. I've seen Cockroaches often and apartments are not sound proof. Always smells like cigarettes to the point you smell it in your hair. There are no elevators and the pool is broken often where you can't even get in.

Do not move here, they have cockroaches and also the worst management ever. It is loud and the gates are never serviced so battery is always dead and you’re unable to enter from the street side, half the time the garage gate is broken and or left open in back near trash bins. The property is not cleaned or maintained outside of the leasing office area. They contacted me 5x to obtain copies of my rental insurances, were unorganized in receiving payments for utilities. Allowed packaged to be locked in the package lockers for days without helping tenants get their mail. Stair wells are always dirty with trash in them, I was shown an entirely different apt than I was leased, I objected to lease on the first day as I was out of town moving in, because I saw infestation of cockroaches under sink in around dishwasher. They took 45 days and still didn’t fix the issue, held my furniture in another apartment that the refused to lease to me with no explanation, refused me access to my stuff in other apt multiple times I had to call the police to access my things and at that point they agreed to let me just stay in the unit without a bug infestation. It was putrid. Very horrible experience, loud neighbors who smoke cigarettes and marijuana constantly, dogs always barking or let to potty in walkways. It was a very negative experience, this place needs to be torn down. They do not care about tenants and required the police to do the logical and appropriate thing it’s ridiculous.

The leasing agent Sydney was amazing! She made the application process easy and very smooth . Her attitude and energy were very vibrant . She is the best !

Moved in December and I absolutely love it .Brian assisted me during my leasing process and he was amazing from start to finish.Shay, Brian and Theresa have been Great in the office. They are such a great team. I would highly recommend Metro Midtown.

Just recently moved here, had read all the glowing reviews about the leasing agents. And while it started off well. We’ve only been here three weeks, we were told we were going to get six weeks free of rent. Of course, after we sign the lease they let us know that the apartment we ended up getting actually getting didn’t have the six weeks free. And they’re unwilling to change it even though no one ever told this to us. Even when I called, no one ever returned my phone calls, I’ve had to visit and call the office three times just to get help. Only to be told that we actually got an apartment at a discount. Therefore we don’t qualify even though that was never told us. And the three weeks we’ve been here we’ve had the disposal break twice, the dishwasher didn’t work. The dryer puts lint all over the floor, and yes, we submit maintenance request and they come fix it but we’ve only been here 3 weeks. It really shouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately the leasing office would lead me to never recommend anybody to move here. The only upside to the experience has been Brian in the leasing office. He is beyond exceptional, without this hiccup.

This rating is for Brian and not for the property.I've had nothing but issues with my unit in the two months I have been residing at Metro Midtown. I've probably had to make ten or more work orders since the beginning of October. I just wanted to take a moment and give Brian his flowers for being a customer service dynamo.I am almost positive at this point that when I venture into the office, Brian knows it is me reporting yet another issue with my selective unit. Yet Brian has always displayed nothing but professionalism and superb customer service to me regardless of the issue. He is a beacon of excellence and I hope management and upper management are both aware of his contributions as an employee.Thank you.

ZRS management owes me money from a security deposit issue. The balance is owed since September 28, 2023. Property management changed three times during my 13-month lease.If you live in a building near Bagby Street or near the office, you will regret it. Any non-remodeled unit at this property will most likely be an absolute dump. There will be cracking walls, water drainage issues, bugs; etc.

All I have to say to you is, if you love your life, don't stay here!. I will complain to ZRS management everywhere. 6 days ago, my door was forced and the window of my house was broken by people I did not know who they were. I immediately reported the situation to the leasing office and they did not even respond. After 4 days, they said it will be done tomorrow. and today is the 6th day! I think this is a joke. I am a woman and an immigrant. They are aware of my situation. They think I can't complain about them. but they are wrong. Maybe I don't have rights here, but you can't oppress me, lady! They take the house insurance as extra money, but the windows of my house are still not done. They humiliated me because I belonged to a certain religion and because I was a foreigner. Can you believe that the windows of my house are not made because I know little English? I will definitely report this place. I am not safe in this house. I will complain about these people and file a lawsuit. It's a racist and irresponsible place, I'm very sorry. I've been just crying for days.

Don't live here, this apartment has gone so far downhill. I've had a mold problem since JULY that they refuse to address. I've reached out MULTIPLE times and maintenance has even come here to stare at it three times and still nothing. I used to love living here under greystar management. Maintenance was always so quick and reliable. Now it takes forever for them to address anything, especially dangerous conditions like mold. So ZRS management, don't even try to reply with some "come chat with us about your concerns" nonsense I've already done nothing but beg you to help. My cat and I have been sick and sneezing for months and I'm sick of it. Clearly gonna have to take care of this the hard way.

I wish I could post multiple reviews. I think my previous review didn’t display. So i’ll write this one, just read these other reviews because they are true. This place is hell on earth, imagine paying all this money to live in this area just to deal with the same things I delt with on the southside. ZRS and Allied orion are the worst management companies ever. Greystar is the only company that was decent in management, yes you read that right in 2 years there have been 3+ companies managing this property. Sonia the previous assistant manager was horrible, everytime you go in the office (which you will do atleast 3-4 times a month because im beginning to think they disconnected the phones) there will be someone new working in there. Unorganized, disgusting and not safe. Your window will get broken, your wheels will get taken or your whole vehicle. The property is gross but trust me they are quick to plant some flowers and hose down the exterior of the gates but once you enter them welcome to the hood, because that’s pretty much what metro midtown is now, no maintenance, no cleanliness and no safety. The trash piles to the 3rd story of the garage. The maintenance request will take months to be fixed unless your damn unit is on fire. Watch out for ZRS they will close and complete a maintenance request without coming into your unit but let it be something regarding a fine or some random charge they can’t explain they will be quick to charge that your account or give you a notice to vacate because they didn’t have their paperwork in order to see that you started a new lease. Imagine walking past the pool when its 112° outside but you can’t get in because the maintenance crew let it turn green because they didn’t clean it properly or keep the chemicals correct. Trust me security is pointless because all 20 security guards that worked here did absolutely nothing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, i only stay here because moving is a hassle and i love my unit but overall this is a horrible experience.
