My 1 star for bad customer services from the (1 800) representatives today 2/14/2023 I spent 4 hours driving back and forth trying switch and keep my number to a different carrier.Phone quality are very poorand upgrades for existence customers are badThe only reason I will give 5 stars is because (Kevin)he help me as much he cans working with those slow phones representativeand2 stars for for Gabi I believe her name was for help me at the start but getting tired at the end( no wanting to give personal information need for the switch, pretty sure she forgot that she is getting pay to do her job)Invest in Good phone instead of wasting your money in those bad made cheap phone.JC

I called to figure out how to pay someone' bill and the girl that answered literally hung up on me without even explaining nothing. I called again and she declined my call. I called from a second phone number and before she hung up I was straight forward with her about why I was calling to not hang up on me like she previously did. I asked for her name and she said it was "Cici" (probably lying) but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This individual does not need to be there if she does not want to answer simple questions! Terrible service! (0 stars if possible)
