Had to replace phone and was greatly appreciative of that I had Neshima to help me with this, Neshima was knowledgeable, very courteous and patient with me and my questions. I was able to get another phone in a manner that was of a positive nature. The main office here in Houston Texas for METRO TRANSIT. Is the best in any major transit system I have seen in the United States. The staff is awesome and never stop trying to better their service for each patron using their buses or train rails for their traveling thru the Houston or Harris County area. My family and each staff member I know at the hospitals that use the transit system are thankful for their service. GOD BLESS each staff member. Kenneth R.Bishop and family.
