Samina, was very helpful in solving a a problem on my phone. At another location they were understaffed and only one person spoke English, so I had to wait. The employee did not try,just looked at it. To solve the problem or brush me away,she was going to order a new phone. Samina also showed me other things on the phone.?

I had an incredibly bad altercation with the manager at this store, and I originally posted a one star review. You can still see the reply I received below from the regional zone manager. MetroPCS upper management got involved with this and provided us amazing customer service and support.

This is like my go to store. The girl there, Jay, is so patient with me and explains in detail. She's very knowledgeable and always gives me good deals. Store is clean. Would recommend this store. They also have waters for customers.
