They are bandits, they charge you more every month that the payment arrives, the text message that I receive from the payment tells me to pay 67 and they charge you 100, the worst service I can see

The Owner is Racist and they double tax you. Make sure you add up your own tax before purchasing. They also own the other store on Aldine Westfield and Orlando by 59. Etc please be vigilant. Always check price call customer service. I had to call put in a fraudulent transaction.

This store really has poor customer service. I was at this store for 2 hours and the whole time the store manager hid in the back office so she wouldn't deal with me. Plus I asked for the district managers name and number and they said his name was john and told me they would t give me his number which I know the purpose of him having a free phone from the company is to take care of customers not a personal phone for him. But it would be easy to find who he is. This store always has poor customer service I had to call customer service to take care of me while I was there. What is the purpose of having a store if your managers don't know how to take care of thier customers. I will sure let my friends and family know not to deal with t mobile. I been with you guys for 8 years and it's a shame I get treated like this. Salma was so nice but she kept having to go back and forth to relay messages for the manager who was sitting in the office.

Manager Jessica is very nice & helpful. Will be taking my device to her again. She helped me get my stuff transferred over when I know that's not her job. Was very patient to every question I had.
