I went to this location today because they sold me a phone that is no good it drop calls can't get service and it erases important numbers so customer service told me to go there and tell them they needed to give me a new phone because the one I purchased was no good the two sales people there were rude laughing at the situation like it was funny he was even rude to the customer service representative from metro PCs then they walked out and went to the room and wouldn't even help until I called metro PCs customer service to file a complaint it is really sad they have people there who don't want to help customers and laugh at the situation that a customer is going thru I still didn't get a phone and I don't even know if they filed to get one I wish it had zero stars because that's what this location would have got from me

Terrible experience, they messed up putting a screen protector on an expensive phone, that was a terrible recommendation for switching from an LG...OnePlus is not a good choice. They won't replace the screen protector, which is only 3 wks old and shattered, because it's off-centered. I wish I had chosen another location to get service.

I was hesitant with all the negative reviews. They're under new management. The gentleman was super helful and professional. Highly recommend them. The old reviews definitely don't do them justice. See for yourself.

I just went to reactivate my phone and the girl Karisma was there. She gave me so many false statements and took almost an hour to help two people activate a phone. Her picture should be next to slow in the dictionary. First she mentioned the SIM cards deactivate in 20 days and that it was in the terms and conditions which was untrue. I pulled up the terms in front of her. She hasn’t even read the terms and conditions and couldn’t say anything about where it was. On the other hand how can they deactivate the SIM cards in 20 days if the numbers are activated up until 30? She proceeded to give false statements about the guy that was in front of me. His phone had been deactivated for months and he didn’t have his ID. When I heard her say everyone needed an ID, I reminded her she just activated a phone for someone who did not have one. She literally tried to lie saying his phone was not deactivated after I heard him tell her it was and give her his name, address, card information and so forth. Please get a better class of people here. That’s beyond ridiculous. There was no need to lie. I saw and heard her.

IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION THATS WHAT I WOULD GIVE. They sold me a phone that did not work and everyone at this location has been unwilling to replace or refund me for the purchase eventhough the phone has not worked at ALL. I have gone to the store everyday since my purchase only to get no help. They dont know how to treat customers and the girls who work at this location are RUDE! After my experience I am switching my service to a different provider and if this type of service is the standard then Metropcs will go out of business.

The ppl were nice but I bought a portable charger from them and it appeared to be dead and I thought ok cool but I charged for three hours n it will say charging when u plug in but it doesn’t work at all after that so I tried using another charger n again NO LUCK!! ???THE DAMN THING COST ME 30 bucks I’m highly pissed?

Employee mest up my special and wanted me to pay for what should of been a free phone. And kept getting call after call to my phone from the store to pay the rest or they will cut off my service. Eventually they cut it off, I called corporate.
