Its a scam operation and its condoned by corprate Metro PCS. They overcharged me by $30. If you have to have Tmobile via Metro get it online or elsewhere. I may bring a small claims suit just to expose them. Will update if I do.

I do not recommend it, they added a line without my consent and I had paid for it for more than two years and now they do not want to be responsible. At first I paid 80 dollars for two lines. I asked why it went up to 95 and they told me that it was due to taxes. Now that I checked I saw There was an extra line which I never used. I don't recommend that you stop to pay for your line or buy a phone without thinking about it. They will steal your money if you don't pay attention and now they don't want to take responsibility, why did they sell the store and why did it take time and alone? They want to be responsible for two months when I pay more than two years so I will have to see through legal means.

Awful service they don't open on time it's already 9:15 and still close in top of that when I get my service they put the wrong plan I suppose to pay 100 and from not were I have to pay 185 they told me that I will have the discount of the medicaid and Nothing is true
