I have had two stellar experiences with this dealership now. Once when I sold my car, and just recently when I bought one. I just loved the open and direct communication they have. No games. No back and forth. Would highly recommend this place.

Carlos Mira (the car acquisition specialist) was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process very easy. He offered a fair price for my car and handled all the paperwork efficiently. His prompt responses and good communication throughout the process made me feel very comfortable.

Don’t take your car there for service. They now profile who to give loaner car to. Been servicing my car here for more than 10 yrs, I called today to drop my car off and get a loaner so I can go to work. The lady was like try another dealer, We don’t have any until next year. At the same time a doctor I work with got a loaner without questions asked

This insurance is a scam. do not purchase a plan from here no matter what. The insurance salesman promises that if there is no cost during the warranty period, the tires can be replaced with new ones. I had a plan for full insurance coverage for the next 5 years and now before it is even up, I went to get my tires switched since I ran over a nail, but now they say I have to pay a $50 deductible when in the contract and agreement, they told me it would be full coverage… Another time My tire has a nail in it and needs to be replaced , the reason they gave was that the tires were too old and the insurance didn’t cover it. So shameful, do not use your money on this scam of an insurance, A nail can be repaired for free at discount tire,Instead of paying them $50,I'm so disappointed with Mercedes-Benz. so disappointed with the Mercedes Benz scam

My experience with this dealership has been treacherous ever since I bought my car from them. The salesman, Harshard Patel, who sold me my car is a crook and does a lot of under the table things with and without his managers being aware. It seems as though the current sales manager covers for him on a lot of what he does. I came into the dealership with my loan check in hand already approved from NFCU with my loan. The car that I wanted was already picked out and all I wanted to do was discuss in detail the sale of the car and be out the door with my new Mercedes. Mr. Patel proceeded to low ball me with the cars that he would “rather” show me instead, unknowing that I had already got approved for my loan prior to. I persuaded him that the cars he were showing me was not up to my speed and I’d rather get one that satisfies my loan amount. Once he found out I had a loan check ready and available he still proceeded to run my credit anyways trying to reason with me on why I should go with the Mercedes loan instead which was a much higher APR and an all around rip off compared to what my bank offered me. I politely told him no & explained to him that I never wanted my credit to be ran as per the whole reason I went to my bank FIRST before coming in. After signing for my car & documentations with finance I was set to go BUT he handed me one set of keys and assured me my spare would be ready when I came back to pick my plates up. Of course when I came in for my plates my keys weren’t there and neither was he. The front desk associated asked around for my spare but could not locate it anywhere. Mr Patel began contacting me weeks later about picking up my spare key. At that time I could not being that I travel for work and personal often. He could have fed ex my key to my address but he didn’t and when I was available to come back to the dealership I called prior to, but again my key could not be located. Here it Is two years later and my key is still not only missing but there is “no record” of there ever being a second key. Mr Patel tried to cover the situation up by bringing me a key to my home one night but it was NOT MY KEY! When I told him that the key he brought me did not work he again ignored my issue and told me he was going out of town for some days and, in so many words, didn’t want to deal with me. He passed me to service where I have to now pay out of pocket over $1000 for a key I should have but never received. I spoke to the manager about this issue but he completely disregarded me and my situation as well. I hate that I ever came to this location and I wish I had gone to the SUGARLAND location instead. I’ve never felt so mishandled by a car dealership before in my life. I will not be returning here ever and don’t encourage any else to.

I took my car too have it repaired they damaged my esp module and refuse to fix it for a top end dealerships they are trashi will never take a nother vehicle to them again I advise you not to used them as well

Stephanie made our buying experience wonderful. She was straightforward, the “negotiation” was as well. We were blown away by her almost devotion to getting us in the car at the price we wanted, without the usual add on tactics. We almost felt guilty as we were the ones perpetually asking for “oh, just one more thing” …James in finance was equally kind, honest and candid- never trying to pressure us into any of the additional protections- they were offered, we declined the ones we felt unnecessary, added the tire package we felt would be useful given our track record of damaging tires and wheels in Houston and moved on. Not a single ounce of high pressure sales or “trickery”. It could not have gone smoother- when it’s time to buy our cars this is the only dealership we will be going to. They certainly were not the first so we had our fair share of sampling to compare it to. After we bought the car there was follow-up, “small perks” they gave us. I could not recommend or speak more highly of those two. I’m not one to write reviews, trust this one if you are reading it, you will not be disappointed.

Top notched service once again!! I had myA1 service completed on my car at the Greenway Mercedes Benz location last week, and over the top satisfied with my service!! My service rep, Brigitt Stewart, as usual was the best!! Ms. Stewart always gives the best advice for my auto needs (present and future), and that give me peace of mind. The staff in the service department has always been accommodating to my service needs these last 10 years of my ownership.

I am very sorry that I even have to write such a review, because I am not a person to spread bad energy, but the gross negligence and horrible customer service I've been shown truly leaves me no other option. You don't expect such a lack of courtesy from a high-end dealership. Now, the reason for my call was to extend my boss's warranty and on the first day I thought it strange not to get a callback...but i called the next day and then the next day and now its day 5, leaving messages for Theresa and speaking to Josie and even the receptionist all assure me someone will call me back. I went as far as to chat with someone online from sales and was told a CSR would be calling, but still nothing, I literally had to call from a work number because the receptionist kept forwarding my calls today. Even as I type I'm on hold for 12 minutes and now I'm transferred to the automated system and now I'm again on hold. Someone has answered and said nothing and hung up just now. So I'm beyond upset and I need help. I would never want to do business at this location. I am happy to edit this post, since the young lady Theresa contacted me and explained she wasn't getting into her voicemail, she has gone above and beyond to try and help me she gave me all the information I requested promptly and explained the options to me so I could share the information with my boss. She also followed up. So, at this time it's up to my boss when he's ready to purchase the extended maintenance package. But in all fairness, Theresa wasn't the problem in the entire experience, as a matter of fact, she was extremely pleasant even before she found out about the review. I wont remove the review because someone could have helped at the beginning but kept pushing the buck and worse the person answering the phone was showing lack of concern and respect.
