Came by on a Friday to look at a car. spoke with the associate and did a through look. Liked the car. Contacted them on Saturday saying I was interested to purchase. Received the total drive out price and was ready to go. They were closed on Sunday so went by after work on Monday to purchase. Sat down and then was told it was sold and nothing they could do. I just left. Spent time and effort driving out there twice just to get nothing. This is either a shady place or just very poorly run! Better places to spend your money in Houston!

Came into this dealer to look at the GLS450 and compare it against other full size SUV. We were greeted by Mr. Frank Wang and he was very generous and willing to show us couple GLS450 to test drive them and even explain some features that weren't available on other full size SUV. Long story short the deal went through(meaning successful) although the trade in was a lost in value. Later we headed into the finance department and was greeted by Mr. Ali who helped us out and explained what kind of warranties was needed to help us out. Overall, it was a wonderful and great experience at MB Greenway. (November 2023)

They sold me a lemon! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. 2020 Mercedes E-class with 25k miles and allegedly no history of accidents or major repairs needed, and of no fault of my own, it has been needed to be taken to the shop 4 times in 4 months for: engine leaking oil (TWICE), battery death, and alternator failure. It's still in the shop currently for the alternator and who knows, maybe more is broke! Absolute joke.

Not supposed to insult competitors to try to make a sale. Very tacky. Especially via flyers!!! Mercedes as a brand wouldn't approve of this operation (check practice of sales person named O'Banion) Class up!

I can see why this crap dealership only has 3 start reviews. They are handing out these flyers with their business cards. As a Tesla and Mercedes owners. It's time to sell the Mercedes. Time to fire your sales team. It's called tiny pp syndrome. Mercedes can't fix a recall with an OTA update. If you have to use lies to sell a product then you either suck as a salesperson or the product just plain sucks. So which one is it?

Very racist they don't even try to help you out or anything instead of trying to help you get the vehicle you want they try to get you in a vehicle they want you to have .

The service I received by Service Mgr Chuck Cartwright and Service Advisor Ernesto EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!! They quickly diagnosed a problem and completed the repair in a couple hours. I'm grateful for the courtesy.

EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS..........DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MERCEDES GREENWAY. I went and test drove a 2018 Mercedes, everything was fine, Told salesman Frank that I needes to disscuss with my husband. I came back two days later and test drove same car again. Again everything was great with the car. That evening I came back with my husband so he could see the car again as we were both looking at and being in the car everything was great. We decieded to buy the car. The dealership took the car to fill up with gas and wash the car. We signed all the papers, we pay our down payment get the keys my husband leaves in our car and heads back home. I get in our new 2018 Mercedes and look at the windsheild and there is a crack right in the middle of it. No way to miss seeing it. I get back out of car go inside to tell them about the windshield being cracked and could not believe what Frank as well as his boss Micheal Stahl said to me. They would not do anything. NOTHING to fix thier mistake. I never even left thier parking lot. The ink was still wet on our contract. I owned the car for all of 3 mins and they would do NOTHING. So I used thier own clause to get out of the contract and gave them back thier keys. It took me over week and several trips to the dealership to finally get my down payment back. Sitting here writing this I am still floored that they treated us in this manner. It was 100 percent thier fault and none what so ever on ours. Everyone read this and remember this. Imagine what would happen if you needed something major fixed. No way would they ever live up to their warranty coverages for the car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR.

Customer service the the number one attribute I look for when purchasing an expensive vehicle. I work with salesman, Sam Mirza, who is highly knowledgeable of the entire Mercedes line, very responsive to my calls, always professional and available to answer any questions I may have. This is a huge part of the buying experience, which seems lost on many dealerships. I go to Mercedes Greenway because I trust my sales guy. If it weren't for that personal relationship i might very well go elsewhere. I have also found the the entire staff, including service personnel to be top notch.
