The young ladies running the shop are intelligent, helpful, kind and provide a personalised service. Rates are very reasonable. The best local business, they need the local support. Far superior to USPS or other stores.

I have used Memorial Postal Center service on several occasions and today was no different. These young ladies are really operating a fantastic postal business in the Memorial area. I would encourage anyone needing postal, shipping or receiving, business or personal service, I would highly recommend this business. You'll feel the welcoming vibes as soon as you walk in the door.

Great place. Owner was soo helpful and professional. It was a nightmare the last time I went to USPS to do exactly the same thing I did at Memorial Postal today. I will do everything in my power to never go to the USPS again and always come to this awesome place. Thank you!!!

Awesome new owners, great people, great service, very nice, intelligent with common sense! (Not so common these days!)…great prices on everything (unlike others around here trying to price gouge)…real customer service, would never go anywhere else but here! Highly recommend!!!

This is a great local post office! Eiman was very sweet & helpful with getting everything packed up and mailed off. The prices were great, the whole process was very quick and efficient. Definitely recommend them over a visit to usps! ?

Truly exemplary service! I brought an item to be shipped for warranty service, and the ladies here were so very helpful! Running this errand for a sick colleague, I did not have enuf info to know how to handle the return, and the owner working the counter found that company's website, researched this type return, got me the # to call, and then even helped me work with the service associate over the phone, which saved me lots of shipping $. I will be doing my business here from now on! They are new owners and clearly very customer oriented.
