My recent visit to Memorial Credit Union was exceptional thanks to the fantastic customer service I received. Erlinda Ramirez, the loan representative who helped me, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to understand my needs and answered all my questions thoroughly. Erlinda even offered personalized recommendations that were spot on! I left the bank feeling confident about my decision on the type of loan I received and impressed by the outstanding service. I have been a member of Memorial Credit Union for over 20years. I have never had an adverse, bad or negative experience. My experience with my accounts, credit card and vehicle loans have been awesome!! Mrs. Shirley J. is the most knowledgeable, professional and kindhearted loan officer I have ever worked with; I will never close my account and that has everything to do with the staff, especially Mrs. Shirley! I love her like a family member. All of the representatives in the Memorial City location are kind, friendly and professional too.

Wow my loan offer was denied they claim they didn't receive my proof of income from both jobs and they claim my debt ratio is too high they didn't even bother to check the source of my income yet they denied me I wonder if it's because I'm a black man of course they probably choose a number of blacks to show they issue loans to people of color I'm one of the ones they didn't choose they are discriminating against me because Im black I'm done they lie unprofessional I'm closing my account this is my experience and what I feel. Praise God from whom all blessing flow I did receive a loan offer from another institution with better rates

I love this credit union, I have been with them for 20 years, they financed my car, I am in good standing with the credit union. Just pay your bills on time , you will not have any problem. Erlinda and Jackie are wonderful employee. I have not seen anything wrong joining, if you need a safe place to keep your money.

Do not get a credit card with this credit union. You will call the credit card number to make a payment over the phone or to question a transaction and you will find that you are dealing only with people in India or the Philippines who will tell you that they can't find your account number by any means, even Social Security number. This happens with 100% of my calls to them and I've had this credit card for 25+ years. No more. I'm done. The credit union is only open limited hours M-F, excluding holidays and days ending in Y, so you are dependent on the toll free number that doesn't provide any service at all. After YEARS of begging them to use customer service in THIS country or, at the very least, another off-shore reputable company, they insist on using the most poorly trained, irresponsible people they can find. Obviously, they are the rock-bottom dregs of the barrel, because they are the cheapest. And when you call Memorial Credit Union to complain that you can't even report a stolen credit card because of this idiotic company, they don't care! After all, it's not their credit card that is getting fraudulently used and their attitude is basically "We don't care as long as it's you that is being screwed."

I work for a business. JULIAN just called into our store regarding business with a 3rd party client. He was rude, condescending, and arrogant towards 2 female employees, that were trying to be nothing but helpful.If there are concerns regarding a 3rd party client and your business, that is on you. Do not take it out on strangers when clearly there was a mistake made on your side.I sincerely hope he is retrained -it appears on reviews we are not the only ones that have had issues with him.
