I am extremely pleased with Memorial Car Care Center. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to educate me. What's more is that they saved me a ton of money by investigating my problem thoroughly with the electrical system in my car. I will be returning here in the future for my automotive repair needs!

I had an incredible experience with this auto shop. After driving into severe rain and flooding from Hurricane Beryl, I towed my car to them at the last minute. Despite the storm causing widespread damage and power outages, the manager, Kyle, and his team took excellent care of my vehicle. They managed to work on it promptly and had it ready within a week—an impressive turnaround time under the circumstances. I can't imagine any other shop in Houston handling it better. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer!

I walked in for an inspection yesterday and they took care of me right way. Super friendly, professional, and speedy. Can’t recommend this place enough! They recently renovated the wait area, too! I love how much they care about their customers.

Came in for an inspection and was told the window tint was too dark. Car is 7 years old and has had the same tint from the dealership. Never had an issue with getting an inspection. In fact... last year's inspection was done at, wait for it...Memorial Car Care. Go figure.

As usual, work was done promptly and met expectations completely. There was a problem that past records regarding a set of tires I had purchased 18 months were missing. Despite that, they accepted my word and provided the complimentary tire rotation that is included in a tire purchase from them. Honorable!
