I used to love this location. But over the years the customer service just went downhill! Its horrible! Especially these past 6 months! I do not get greeted anymore, when I walk in. The girls at the register will sit there and hold a conversation ,non work related ,before they check any one out. Or even scroll through their phone before they decide to tend to a customer. No ,bye thank you for shopping with us. Everyone there, is literally there for a check, and it shows! I would give 0 stars if I could. Management needs to hire a new crew. Or maybe older people. Because the young girls think they're at school vs work sitting there gossiping and not working! Its sad. I try and drive to other locations to avoid this type of customer service .Although its closest to my house. Management please fix this!

Workers are very friendly and helpful. But I've going within 2 months and the air condition in there is not working it feel super hot and uncomfortable to shop.

On Monday the 18th I went to the store and found very nice clothes but I came across a very bad situation. A lady arrived and told us to arrange what we tried on, we arranged it and then she went to make a show saying that we had not arranged anything for her and that we had not he was going to offer us the service

Me and my girlfriend shop at this store frequently, we’ve noticed a new manager and I would like to say that the last time we’ve went she was talking on the phone being loud, we found it very unprofessional other than that my girlfriend enjoys shopping there and the nice clothing.

Love that they carry sz 5 shoes ! Hard to find shoes with a tiny foot Everytime I visit the store , I come out with a new pair of shoes or maybe two !

Very bad Service the cashier was on her phone while taking my information on a exchange the manager very unprofessional as well.. it was around 3ish.. Never have I had a problem before at this location.. But most of the girl look new to me.. Even the unprofessional manager.

If you’re black 3333 Telephone rd location literally follow you until you leave their store. And after you purchase your items already, they still watch you as you walk out the store. The clothes were cute, but that’s about it.

They have really nice clothes they need to invest in some baskets tho for ppl to put there stuff in instead of caring a whole bunch of clothes in your hand to the registr but over all if ur going some where formal out on a date they have some really nice put togethers there
