Not a very good customer service experience. First , I explained that my car has a starting problem . The Mechanic decided to get my car key and scan for the diagnostic problems right away . I asked Receptionist to give me the price for the service prior to doing anything that I have to pay for later . She explained that to diagnose the problem with the scanner, it would cost me 30$. If I decide to fix the problem, then 30$ will go towards the repair . Also , when I asked if they take credit cards , she replied : “Cash only “ . Giving low rating for starting the service and not letting me know about the incoming charge, not explaining what’s going to be done and how much is the cost for that . What if customer doesn’t have any cash ? The customer would have to leave the car in the shop until he or she finds that cash amount . The business has to do the job the right way . I don’t recommend this shop .
