We had the greatest checkin experience with agent Treyla D, she left a lasting impression we arrived early had a red eye flight and when we arrived wasn’t expecting to checkin and Treyla went above and beyond and was able to accommodate us this was our first girls trip to Houston for our birthdays and she definitely made our trip a wonderful one keep up the great job!

We had the best service and food here! Rui was the kindest and recommended the best food. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area! They had the cutest Texas shaped waffle and it was so good too!

Rui was the most attentive and on point server I’ve had in a very long time. He was quick to meet my needs, had get suggestions, and provided great company during our brief interactions. Rui handled not only my needs but at least a dozen other’s needs flawlessly.

Both afternoon and evening valet helped us out aton from where to park our cars overnight to giving us a ride to the zoo. Service with breakfast was well as well. They provided information on the food and also brought it to our room. We appreciate their efforts and work.

Rui was bartending and he is AMAZING! Top notch service from him and everyone at the bar and restaurant. Highly recommend this Westin, especially if you’re in town for any kind of medical treatment in the area (we were here for MD Anderson). Super easy walk there.

Treyla was a great receptionist and was really helpful with checking us in and even gave us a free appetizer! She helped us get a room as close to our family as possible. She made the experience so simple and easy!

Treyla was excellent.. she provided GREAT! Service . She was able to accommodate all my needs while I was here at the hotel. At a the restaurant for break and it was good as well . My stay overall was excellent. I was here for a wedding. Definitely will be back !

Hotel is always wonderful. Treyla D. is amazing she makes sure my stay is amazing! She goes above and beyond. Makes you feel like you are at home. She always asks how my treatment is going. Genuinely care and concern.

Went to the restaurant twice because of the foods excellence and our waiter Rui , he has utmost professionalism in his business, always making certain that we were promptly attended to with great service, manners , friendliness and a gentleman. Excellence!! If you are a patient in this town he makes you feel at home.
