McKinney Insurance has been great! Someone always answers the phone and any time I’ve emailed they are so quick to respond. Austin is especially easy to communicate with and always shops for the best rate for my homeowners insurance at renewal time. He emails me well in advance to let me know of any rate changes and has been so helpful and kind. Kristin has also been great to work with, she is honest and will even tell you to go with another agent if they can give you a better rate, this happened with my auto insurance. Kristin was especially helpful and really took time to educate me on my options with my homeowners policy last year when I had a hundred questions and some confusion about my coverage. She made sure I understood everything and was so patient. I have nothing but great things to say about this agency.

I have been blessed, and I mean that sincerely to have found Kristin Jones with TWFG. Prior to knowing her I had never heard of an Insurance Broker. I did not know that they even existed or what their role was. My family has benefited greatly by her services. Her employees are attentive, kind and very knowledgeable. Kristen and Tabitha provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service! McKinney Insurance gave us a quote for commercial insurance, they were patient and helpful. We asked our current agency for information and they would not get back to us but McKinney answered all of our questions right away.

McKinney came through for us big time. We are buying a new house and were using another agency. They notified us last minute that a "verification" was required to start the policy and needed 15 business days to complete the verification, which was after our close date. I called McKinney and spoke to Austin and had a quote and bound policy on the new place in the span of an hour. Thanks, Austin and McKinney Insurance.

I’ve been using this agency for the last few years! I have worked with multiple agents over the last few years and they all have been so helpful!
