Came back to get the mattress I really wanted. 1st time i was here the manager tried really hard to get me into another mattress. A mattress I did not want. Came in today and Sean gave me zero hassle about another mattress and getting something that I didn't want. Thank you Sean.

I've bought mattresses from Mattress Firm before but this was my best experience thus far. I was looking at 2 different stores back & forth.
I decided on Mattress firm. The young man Douglas Adams is undoubtedly a stellar employee. Nice, personable, helpful, went the extra mile to steer me in the right direction.
At this point in time I believe that I have finally found my perfect sleep fit.
We need more people like Douglas in the work force. I felt like he was family.

I originally thought Mattress Firm was so great because when I bought the mattress on July 3rd the Ma’am who served me was really nice and professional. However, the nightmare began. My mattress should be arriving on July 7th, but it delayed due to the hurricane. It was understandable, and the delivery was rescheduled to July 13rd. I even received a text massage to confirm the delivery date on July 11. Then, on July 13, I did not receive any calls or texts to confirm the delivery windows. (They said they will call and give a 2-3h window for delivery.) Thus, I called the store to ask what happened, and the salesman said my mattress is in a store which is closed due to the hurricane. My mattress will not arrive today. It is ridiculous. The delay of delivery is totally understandable if I got any notification before today. In fact, I didn’t receive anything, waiting in my house, and realize my mattress is not coming after I call the store. The delivery is delayed to next Friday. Cool.

I came in today and was greeted by Michael & Sean. I appreciated the welcome and immediate attention to my needs. Both showed me several mattresses and took the time to explain the differences. I had planned to shop all day, as this was my first stop. Sean found ways to keep me in budget and get me the absolute perfect fit for me. As far as sales go I highly recommend working with these gentlemen. Got me the deal but never too aggressive. From one salesmen to another, I appreciate the help today.

Wife and I stopped by earlier and was greeted by Ray.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of beds and how they aid in giving you the best sleep possible. We ended up buying a mattress and powerbase combo for nearly $2000 via clearance, which helped save us a lot of money as opposed to spending a little over $4000.
