Deceptive business practices in offering financing. I purchased a mattress about a year ago using a Synchrony card offered by Mattress Firm. The Mattress Firm representative informed me that the card would be offered at a 0% rate so long as I made minimum payments. This wasn’t true. Unlike 0% financing offered by other retail credit firms, the rate was tied to a promotional period which I only discovered after the interest charge hit. Buyer beware.

Asia and Ms Tina are the best! Asia helped me with deciding on a mattress and Ms Tina was also there. They are professional friendly and great customer service with a smile. My delivery of my box springs was great. Both men were friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5 Stars to all who made for a great experience, I would. Thank you all!

Okay y’all Ms. Tina saved my LIFE! She went out of her way to assist me with a purchase that is rare, at best, to find in-store. I spent the entire day searching high and low through Greater Houston for this item and she truly made my day with her excellent customer care and efficiency when she helped me find and buy it from Mattress Firm off Yale and i10! :) GIVE HER A RAISE
