Great experience purchasing my mattress from Sidney. I initially came in for one mattress but found a better one with Sidney’s help. There was a manager special on it, and he worked with me to get a mattress I liked at a very solid price. I also appreciate that they didn’t pressure me to make a sell. I needed time to think about my purchase, so I left and thought about it for a day, then returned sooner than I expected. Best of all my mattress is getting delivered the tomorrow!
Sidney set up realistic expectations on how the mattress will wear/break-in over the trial period which is helpful because I would have been confused about the mattress’ firmness.
Overall great experience and I’ll be back to purchase my guest bed mattress from Kirby. Thanks!

Impressed with Andres- he was very knowledgeable about the various types and brands of mattresses. Also really courteous and friendly. I went in having done my research and he made the process very low stress and easy. I knew it was either innerspring or hybrid, leaning towards hybrid, and ended up selecting a Serta i Series 2.0 Hybrid 1000. He did not do an upsell technique to push me towards a pricier Serta, which I also appreciated. Very happy with my purchase.
