Once again very pleased with my experience at this location. Jamil was very helpful and patient. He encouraged me to try several mattresses specific to my requests. They have all the best brands, Serta, Sealy, Tempur-pedic, Purple, etc… They have reasonable financing options with a rebate. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm Heights location for your mattress needs.

I would not recommend this shop because of the poor quality of the product and the rude attitude of Melissa.
I purchased a mattress that is worth $3,199 with Melissa. Melissa offered to give me a cotton blanket in exchange for a good Google review, to which I agreed. And Melissa was pleasant to work with during the transaction.
Unfortunately the mattress sank after only 4 months.The mattress was only used for sleeping by someone that weighs 120 lbs. I went to Melissa to discuss the return. Upon hearing my request, Melissa’s attitude had a drastic change. She gave me the "silent treatment" and made me wait. Then she rolled her eyes and said sarcastically with a smirk “you can keep the blanket I gave you as a gift.”

Unfortunately I do not have a good review. Feel like we were part of a bait and switch on product. I guess my advice - be 100 % sure of what they show you and what you are purchasing.

Jamil @the Heights location was super helpful and patient w my 13yr son and I. We went in to buy a bed for him and Jamil really listened to his wants and needs.. I didn't have to do much. My son even changed his mind at the end of everything and Jamil didnt seem to mind at all. I appreciate his kindness and my son got to pick out a bed that he put thought into. It was a really good experience.
