Stacey was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions thoroughly and never tried to rush me to make a choice. I never felt pressured to make a decision or made me feel bad if I didn't go with a suggestion she made. She explained all the information, rebates, terms, etc thoroughly. I sent my best friend and parents to her to buy their new mattresses and will definitely go back to her for future purchases!

As someone who hasn’t purchased a mattress in two decades, I was completely discouraged with prices and customer service shopping at other competitors. Also I was not in a good mood at all whatsoever with the whole mattress purchasing experience. That is until I walked into this mattress firm and met Stacey. Stacey was absolutely amazing! It was one of the most fulfilling customer service sales interactions I’ve ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and just an overall joy to work with. Extremely satisfied with my mattress purchasing experience.

I’ve had an exemplary customer service and product experience with Stacey! She was so knowledgeable about all of mattress firm’s products and detailed in her explanation on every question I asked. Beyond that Stacey was a straight shooter, honest with me, and didn’t pressure me to buy the same day although I did. I walked in with a budget and she made me feel as if it was a team effort between the two of us to find the perfect mattress for me within my price range. I made an awesome choice shopping with Stacey at mattress firm and will be back for other rooms in my home!
