We went in Sunday to get my father a bed. He was going home from the hospital Monday so it was a last minute emergency purchase. Sean was closing, but was so kindly enough to stay after hours to help us purchase a bed for my father. He understood our situation and went out of his way to help us. Not only that, but gave us a great deal! And helped us load our mattress in the truck. We will never forget his kindness! This is a great representation of what a true salesman is! Not just selling to sell, but cares for the community!

This is the second bed I’ve bought with mattress firm. They are straight forward and no sneaky pricing. Sean is awesome. You can tell when someone is sincere and loves their job. He was with us till an hour after closing to get us setup. Thanks Sean.

Ray was phenomenal. We went in just to look and he outlined all the benefits of buying from Mattress firm vs their competitors, so well that we ultimately walked out with a new mattress. Will definitely come see him again if we ever need a new mattress in the future. Great asset to the company.
