Recently had them install a 2” hitch and e-bike rack. They were very responsive to emails and upfront about the cost (which was very reasonable after checking around). They got all the work done in under an hour and I was very pleased with the work done. Would highly recommend.

Very impressed with Master Hitch. They took my custom boat trailer and remade the front-end, redid all the bunks, lighting and wiring. Scott and the staff told me what to expect all the way. Honest and direct: "I'ld rather have a customer than a sale.."
Great operation. I'll be coming back, and recommending them.

Went to Master Hitch to look at several options and left confident that I'd made the right choice. The staff at Master Hitch had everything I could have possibly wanted in stock and explained the pros and cons of each option with pushing me toward one particular solution. Once I'd made my decision they installed everything for me and I couldn't be happier.

I've been coming to Master Hitch for awhile. Always professional, honest and reliable!! Scott, Theresa, Tom and the rest of their team rock!! In these times of customer service issues, Master Hitch shines! I absolutely give them a 10 (on a 1-10, 10 the best)!! More companies should take a lesson from them!! All this being said, the selection of products is fabulous!! If by chance they don't have an item in stock, they almost always have it the following day!! Great job Master Hitch!!
