Highly Recommend. I have been taking our family's cars to Master Auto Body & Upholstery over the past few years on several occasions for repairs, including paint & body work, as well as upholstery. Victor (owner) and his team are some of the very best and most talented individuals you will ever meet, and they are truly dedicated to their craft. Special thanks to Brandon who provided us with continuous updates on the status of our son's Mustang (pictured here). Very satisfied!

If Master Auto Body was a publicly traded company, I would buy shares. This is my first time using this business, but it won’t be my last. My insurance company was involved, but I felt like I had someone truly on my side, standing up for me who wanted the best for me and my automobile, even if that wasn’t in their best interests. That says a lot, especially in today’s world. Everyone here, from Victor, the owner to Brandon who gave me a ride and not sure what else he does, and everyone in between that I didn’t get a chance to meet, was very cool and on my side. This is a unique business because I hope I never have to come back, but if I do, it will be to here. As a matter of fact that’s not true, I’m bringing my girlfriend’s car here next week to get the upholstery fixed. It wasn’t just the level of customer service that they offered, it was also the attention to detail and quality of work. I would seriously say that, after $16k of repairs from getting ran into by an F-750 delivery truck, my Cadillac Blackwing looked better than it did after the dealer prep the day I took delivery on the vehicle. I don’t think there is any thing more that I can say. I guess one reason that I am so impressed with this company is because it’s so hard to find in today’s world. At the end of the day, they did exactly what you would (in a perfect world) expect a business to do. It’s sad that when a business acts like they should — does a good job and takes care of the customer — that I get so impressed. Unfortunately, most individuals and businesses are simply more concerned with their bottom line so they save a buck or cut a corner where they can. The world should take a lesson from this company.

Master Auto Body deserves a 5 star rating. We are new to Houston and try to find a trustworthy auto body shop is not an easy task especially using Google search. We interact with 4 shops and found Master AB is the place. The tech carefully inspected our Ford Escape and gave us a fair estimates. Of course there is no way to tell until they got in. He promised to use OEM part and take our claim number and that was it..no waiting, no nonsense I need more etc...the owner even dropped us of at Enterprise rental on his Tesla Cybertruck. The young men (owner) is polite, and treated us with respect. Our car was fixed on the week of their ETA. We are very pleased with their service.

Great service and communication. Car was done in less that 6 hours and they estimated 24 hours for convertible top to be done. It's not the cheapest around but you pay for the great service and quality of work so it's worth it.

The best of the best! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. Any repair I've gotten here is done so well you can't even tell work was done to the car. Victor is amazing as well. I'll be a lifelong customer.
