I called to ask for information and the receptionist was simply very overbearing, she simply picked up the phone and didn't speak to me, neither good morning nor hello whoever is speaking or anything, she stayed silent until I spoke and when I asked for information she was very, very rude, it's a shame because I wanted to ask for information so I could go do my taxes with Mrs. Martha

Disorganized and wait time is ridiculous. Even if you get a number in line, you’ll wait 6-7 hours just to be called in.
