If i could give a zero i would becky the coordinator was extremely rude and had an attitude during check out and shows she cant work in a fast paced environment she was yelling at her employees and stated “ damn its too much people dont mention the tj max card” and refused to sell me an item because she could not find an associate to find a similar item when there was plenty of the same item on the floor.

I had applied for the credit card on this location and, they told me that I had 10% off on my 1st purchase. Went to another location and tried to use my cc and ask how the 10% works. The employee asked me for a coupon that they supposedly had gave me in this location. I told her that the employee just told me and did not provide me with any coupon. The employee told me that I had to go back to this location so they can provide me the 10% coupon. I went back and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it, that I had to call the cc customer service. I called them and explain the situation and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it, that I had to go back to this location and request them the coupon. This situation was so irritating and frustrating, for a 10% coupon that they should of provide me at the 1st place.

Stopped by to find some props for a photo shoot. I always find this place more appealing than Ross. Staff was super friendly in pointing me to the right direction.
