Marshall's used to be good but no more. The shoes are cheap and the merchandise is always picked over. I don't hardly come here anymore.

Came to return an item that I purchased yesterday. My return could not be completed because who ever puts the tags on the merchandise put the incorrect tag on my purchase (new balance shoes) and the upc code did not match. The manager said that he could not return the item since the tag was incorrect and didn’t match my item. He did not let us exchange the purchase even though I had the receipt and just purchased it yesterday. As a store that runs on customer service it is unfair to purchase and support my local store and them not even care to take any action to rectify the situation or to say do to the stores error this is what we can do for you. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

They put a tag on a shoe that was wrong, so when i went to return it they said they couldn't because they put the wrong tag on there. Ratty people run this store..just avoid.

AS USUAL, I ALWAYS ENJOY MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE HERE. I ALWAYS COME OUT WITH WAY MORE, THEN I WENT TO BUY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT ? EVEN THOUGH THEY THIS TIME THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY CHOICES FOR SHOES IN MY SIZE ?
