I have a dilema, my sister bought the same dress as me. I went back 3 days later asked if they could exchange for a different dress. Even though they have a seven day exchange policy sign on the main door…they said no. So I was going to send more sales to them but due to this I didn’t. I didn’t want a refund because all sales are final, I just wanted a different dress and they just wouldn’t do it. If I could rate zero stars I would.

The best customer service. They ask what style you’re interested in and know their inventory well. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a dress.

This place has very beautiful dresses! Lots to choose from. The customer service is excellent. I am plus size, and they have had to order my dresses out of the catalog. Dresses come in within a week. When I go I try on a lot of dresses, and workers are 100 percent helpful and patient. I highly recommend them. I have bought several times here.

The store has a large variety of dresses to choose from. Employees were super helpful and kind. Bought my dress and had it altered there as well. They did a fantastic job and alterations were fast.

I get you wanna lock your doors for safety reasons but my safety matters two when I rung the door bell a few times waiting over 10 minutes, than when we called the lady was very rude and never offered to come open the door.
