I lived here previously and moved out. And I just moved back in. I did not have any major problems while I lived here. Maintenance is always friendly and fast - often coming the same day that the work orders are placed. After searching for similar apartments, I could not find anything that came close. I value a smaller community, so I would recommend this one for that reason. Moving out made me see what things I valued the most: mailboxes are safe, property is cleaned every day, maintenance is responsive and capable, front office actually answers the phone and emails - this is a place I’ve been proud to live and I’m glad that I’m back.P.S. The reviews talking about thin walls are true, as with most apartments. I, unfortunately, have loud, rude neighbors. And while I have mentioned this more than once to the leasing office, nothing has been done, so that is for sure a downside. There are also some minor interior updates that could be made for sure.

Ms. Joann is attentive, excellent, and the best at attending me and my family! The property is beautiful and clean. Love the Sheriff Deputy who always makes rounds, making me and my family feel safe.

I want to first say that the manager Miss Joann is very attentive and helpful when it comes to any type of situation. She always has a big smile on her face and brings up the mood when she walks in! Second thing I wanted to say is thank you to our Sheriff deputy Miss Vasquez for always keeping us safe. I always see her walking our property and communicating with the community! The property is always very well maintained and seems to always be upgrading stuff in the area! I am a happy tenant!

Soany has been such an angel for me throughout this transition in my life. She was more than a leasing agent she was a friend. Not too many people go out of their way to help a stranger the way she has helped me!!! I’m truly grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and patience. Anything I needed she was always there, and for things I didn’t know I needed she was fighting for on my behalf. I love my new beginnings and my home is filled with peace. I thank you Soany for your understanding and passion you have showed me throughout this journey I am embracing. Marquis on Westchase is not just an apartment - It’s a home filled with staff and residents who just wants with everyone wants which is happiness!!!♥️ And this heaven on earth is helping me find mines ♥️

I have been living her for over 20 yrs and I do not want to go no where else. I love my attach garage, Armando lead maintenance has been my best maintenance always making sure everything is done on time, he is very clean and detailed in doing work orders. Office staff Soany has been a very big help always kind with a smile on her face and going beyond with customer service. JoAnne is very patient and kind always with a positive energy. Leasing here was the best decision I ever made :)

Ok I looked all over Houston new apartments older apartments in the suburbs etc. but nothing compares to Marquis at Westchase ohh can’t forget Soany the leasing agent AMAZING! It feels like a condo community here and the private garage for each unit is definitely a plus. Stop spinning your wheels this is the place!!!
