Aside from Mr.Migeul Maya being a great salesman I had to rate this 3 because strike 1 my audi seatbelt was damaged they tied the seat belt up. Took 3 days for it to be fixed. Then tires were wore out i had to pay for 2 tires. And most recently I called them because my oil light went on. I called and spoke w Brandon and was told to come in and have it checked out maybe they need to reset i asked several times when was the audi oil changed and was told it was change at xxxx miles I proceeded to ask so does that mean I have to change the oil and again told no they cha get it already. Long story short always follow.your guts so I took my car over to take 5 and they looked and showed me the oil was BLACK so I ask take 5 what that means and was told I need to change my oil. Another issue is my blind side sensors don't work I addressed this and it was never looked in. I only addressed it because it was noted as a feature of the vehicle so I expect that it works. Until today I haven't had a feed back about it. The only good thing is working with Mr. Miguel other than anything else I have to rate a 3.

One of the most painless car buying experiences I've ever had!!! I was immediately helped by Cowboy Freddie before I even walked through their door. I had a very specific budget and need, but Cowboy and Mr. Maroney both assured me they'd get me taken care of. I ran over real quick after work, and they were able to help me leave with a vehicle before they closed. I wasn't stuck for the whole day or having to come back the next day as it tends to happen when car shopping. Cowboy already told me to let him know what I'm looking for when I'm ready to upgrade, and they'll find me what I'm looking for! Honest and upfront. You won't have to worry about any car shopping nightmares at this business.

Boy go I could give them 0 stars I would I got helped by cowboy Fred I’m sure many of y’all know that dude he came off super cool super friendly to me and my dad he knew I wanted my dream car and made it happen! But little did I know it was all a front so here comes the day of us getting the car and he tells me “there’s no warranty on that car there” and I told him I won’t take it with no warranty see if you can make something happen if not then me and my dad will have to walk. So he tells me and my dad “yall take it for a test drive I’ll see what I can do.” So we go the cars running fine and I tell my dad I like it let’s hope he can get the warranty done cause I really want this car. We get back to the dealership and he tells me “good news Mr.Ortiz I spoke with my boss and he said we can offer you a 2 year or 20,000 mile warranty on the engine and transmission only. I told him awesome can you print it out for me Since I didn’t see the warranty paper and he said I’ll do you one better I’ll email it to you just write your email down on this piece of paper which I did well not even 2 months later I call him telling him my transmission is going out and what do I hear? DO YOU HAVE THAT PAPER I GAVE YOU WITH YOUR WARRANTY? IM SORRY WHAT DAM PAPER THE ONE YOU SAID YOUD EMAIL AND NEVER DID? long story short because Mr. Cowboy Fred wanted my down payment that bad that he was willing to lie to me about a warranty I’m now stuck with a 10k dollar paper weight because the car doesn’t move thanks to the transmission going out so thank you cowboy Fred for screeding me and my dad I genuinely hope it was worth it for you and everyone else that works there

Car salesman myself at a dealership. Bought a car from them and had to make the drive back to San Antonio. They declined my request for a full tank of gas as small as that is, come to find out the car had fuel issues they did not consider repairing. Probably something they knew about before.

After going to tons of different dealerships this one by far has the best and most welcoming sales people. Miguel, along with the rest of his team, got me the vehicle I wanted which other dealerships could not do. I was very satisfied with my visit and would recommend people to check it out before going anywhere else. They have lots of different vehicles to choose from and are always getting new ones in.
