I was in the store last Saturday and it was empty except for one person. It appears that the sales people were grumpy and upset due to no sales.
I asked where shoes were made and I got an abrupt rude reply: Italy. Well, this is FALSE, not all shoes are made in Italy, some were clearly marked made in Spain. When I pointed this out and asked again, the guy responded once again: they are made in Italy.
The people here are rude and DON'T care about you -- the ONLY thing they care about is their sales commission. One lady is even still wearing a mask -- what is she doing in retail? And I can tell ALL they care about is making a quick buck!
I've even seen arguments over customers in this store on several occasions! WHERE is the manager? Does he know or care about how this place is run?
I will NEVER spend my money here and would rather do without or buy online! It's easier and I'll get better service!

I visited the store 12/14 .I spoke with salespeople on phone walked in introduced myself the salesperson says did anyone talk to his GAL on the phone.I was floored. Let me say I am a 60yr old Africa women who has never been called a GAL in my life and hell yes I was highly offended..I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY @MARMI I'M A PASSED FREQUENT SHOPPER

Thank God for Marmi because I wear a 9 AA! Lol They have cute stylist shoes and a very nice staff. Parking is iffy but not impossible. Patience is required in that shopping area but it's worth it!

I went to accompany some friends. The employees attitude litterally ran me out the store. First of all my friend asked him if they had any discounts and he answered ' be lucky to have found shoes" which was uncalled for. Then he started asking what was I doing there? ' was I theyre guard? And that comment made me walk out of the store. I strongly believe that it was because we were hispanics, my friends didn't speak English and that made him think he was wasting his time with us because we were not going to buy anything. So if you're not American, don't speak English and don't dress very well you'll more than likely to have the same experience I had.

Quite a lag btw the time I entered the store & when the lady acknowledged me. I've been there several times before & got excellent service from the man there but the woman always seems abrupt, so maybe she doesn't care about true customer service. Hard to fit sizes are hard to find & this is one of very few places I sometimes luck out. I did not on this visit & her service style will definitely make me hesitant for another visit in the near future.

I paid for three pairs of shoes on 7/2/21. They had one in stock and said they would mail the other two to me. A month later - no shoes. I emailed customer service for assistance and they said. Sorry to hear that. Why don't you call the local store. Really? Why is there a customer service department? Why aren't you tracking down my order? Still no shoes- but they took my money in 24 hours. :(
