I took some clothes for wash and fold and gave them 2 dry sheets for essence. I'm missing 5 socks and 5 underwear. Also, they never used the dry sheets I gave them. I won't come back here.

I brought in my Jiu-Jitsu gi asking specifically for red yarn to be used to sow my emblem back on to the back. There was a shadow showing where they should sow it at. He used white yarn, and did not secure the emblem onto the gi. I asked for a refund and he tried to talk me talk me out of it. When that did not work he kept reducing the refund almost to $5 I kept reiterating myself over and over again he kept talking over me until I raised my voice. Then he threw up prayer hands and started yelling at me as if I was threatening him, saying that he is scared of me now and threw money at me and told me to go now. Extremely poor business practice, and even worse of a job done to begin. I do not recommend this location to anyoneServices: Special care fabric cleaning

I used this place for wash and fold for the first time and they lost several items of mine and I also got items that didn't belong to me . Everyone listen to the reviews they are true don't go there cause you may not get back the clothes you bought in.

This has been my cleaners for over 3 years. I originally started going because it was close to where I lived and the pricing was good. However I truly enjoy their service and they do a good job. It's a family business and the husband and wife are super friendly and know their customers. Especially during covid they took care of their customers and the wife made cute mask for the regulars. I moved across town and no longer stay in the area but I still make the 40 minute drive to them to take care of my clothes.

We love Crystals Dry Cleaning, since moving to the area I've tried several others that were horrible and pricey, finding Crystals was a life savor. They are very professional, take great care of my clothes and are the happiest all the time. I have taken my comforters as well as all my clothing , 100% hands down the best in the area!!! Definitely recommend for anyone to give them a try , you wont be disappointed!! Pricing is very reasonable for the galleria area , my clothes always look their best!!!Husband & Wife are always so happy and their customer service is 100%!!

DO NOT DROP YOUR CLOTHES OFFFFFF!!!!! WORST DRY CLEANERS IN HISTORY.. THE ENTIRE PLACE IS RAN POORLY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! THEY HAVE LOST SEVERAL ITEMS OF MINE AND EVERY TIME IS ALWAYS A HASSLE!!!!!!!! Anywhere else is better off going too trust me.

She takes her sweet time to get your clothes together when it’s time to pick up! Then she doesn’t write down the clothes you drop off only the total number. Then when you come to pick it up you have to remind her of what your clothes look like!! And she is extremely PRICEY FOR NO REASON!!!
