Been going to this store for many years but recently staff has been horrible starting with the lady in the front black hair , Latina looking but doesn’t speak Spanish , slightly on the bigger size .based on the reviews on here other people have also had a terrible experience with her . You will know who I’m talking about , someone needs to remind her to be friendly , she is an employee not the store owner . This store is not what it used to be . New staff would be great to make the shopping experience great . Steering away friends and family from this store .

You must give this resale shop a visit. I have never been to a resale shop this organized.On the plus side, they help so many people.

MAM never ceases to amaze me! I go regularly as they are always restocking their shelves and you never know what you can find!
The staff is always very welcoming and friendly.
They just had their quarterly half off sale, but still had some great daily sales when I went in this week.
Always a great experience and love that’s it’s in my neighborhood!

You suck, MAM. I tried on 8 tops. Got soooo excited about them. Then I wait in long line to check out and they tell me I can't purchase them because there are no tags on 2 of them. There were employees wandering around everywhere and NO ONE can quote a price? so they refused to sell them to me. You know how you pick out just the thing that you love? And you could go shopping anywhere but you pick the place that "gives back"? I've shopped here a lot in the past....Well never again! Even freaking Goodwill will give you a price on something missing a price! And they always only have like 3 people working. Meanwhile the MAM people are everywhere but useless when you actually want to buy something! I was SO excited about these tops. Thamks for messing up my afternoon MAM. I will not be shopping there ever again and I will also be sharing that advice with others. MAM is so worried about getting scammed that they don't want to actually help people who want to spend their money.

Older lady at the boutique fat shamed my mother by telling her “welcome to boutique section, there’s plus size sections for her size” knowing well my mother wears small sizes. So rude and so disrespectful!

Today was my first day inside this store and it was wonderful. I met a really sweet lady in the back of the store by the name LIndsey who was just so warm,sweet,and welcoming creating a place I'd like to come back to.Please give her a raise and praise because I will definitely be coming back here. The prices are reasonable, materials good, it's got nice nic back.

I’ve been going to this store for a few years now, always chose it over goodwill. This place is no better than a Walmart and worse than goodwill when it comes to customer service.. it’s really a shame that thrifting is supposed to be fun and light hearted when you have stores like this that just make you lose faith. Will not be coming back what so ever. Thanks Lisa for not only pushing customers away but not treating customers with respect.

This resale store has great finds. I’ve been shopping and donating here for a while. Everything is reasonably priced and have different sales every day. They include a boutique filled with name brands as well .They also count with an office in the back of the building as well that have several resources for example assistance with applying with Medicare, immigration,school,taxes and more.All the sales go to a good cause. They have helped Houston during our past storms as a cooling station and given water out,which helped out a lot.Would highly recommend coming here.
